We assist individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in securing employment within their community. We believe that anyone can work if they are provided the right support. People who have not traditionally participated in competitive employment because of their disability are the primary focus of our Supported Employment services.

We currently serve the following Pennsylvania counties:  Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, Berk, Lancaster, Delaware, and Philadelphia.

Our Supported Employment Program is a specialized employment placement service that provides necessary supports to adult individuals with disabilities to obtain and maintain meaningful employment within the community. Services include pre-employment services, interviewing skills, job match services, on-the-job training, keeping jobs, and community-based work assessments.

TRANSITION TO EMPLOYMENT – teaches soft skills required to be able to secure and maintain employment and includes time out in the community to address topics such as job exploration and the use of public transportation.

CENTER BASED EMPLOYMENT – focuses on preparing individuals with developmental disabilities for community employment in a center-based location. We will help members attain the tools and skills that prepare them for employment in the community.

GROUP SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT – This program provides a community based, assisted work program that allows individuals to develop their job skills while working on-site at local companies to promote independent employment.

INDIVIDUAL SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT – This program is an intense one-on-one job coaching program intended to support individuals when they obtain independent employment.
