Depending on their clients’ needs, HCBS Provider can also provide light housekeeping, laundry service, meal planning and preparation, running errands, and assistance with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene. HCBS Provider also promotes social interaction to reduce the isolation experienced by some of their consumers and to improve the quality of lives. Their clients have disabilities ranging from autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities.
“We are excited about offering nursing services and we welcome our RN’s aboard,” says Cathy Stein, CEO of HCBS Provider. “Maintaining and growing our services in Pennsylvania is a direct result of our wonderful caregivers and their outstanding support to our clients. We are concentrating on integrating our consumers into rewarding supported employment opportunities. Our staffs’ special relationship with our clients, families and professionals in the community is a reflection on our entire company.”
As HCBS Provider continues to grow and serve an ever-increasing number of individuals, they are actively looking for more direct care staff to join their team.
“Home-based care is a very personal business that focuses on service to the individual, not things,” Stein continues. “Our staff use a fresh approach with each of their clients. It’s what sets our staff apart. They’re problem-solvers and keep a positive attitude even on bad days.”
HCBS Provider’s website is a valuable resource for individuals and families including those struggling to know where to begin looking for services. Services are provided in the following counties: Chester, Montgomery, Berks, Delaware, Bucks, Philadelphia, and Lancaster.
