When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup.

Cancellation
You can cancel any time by texting “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP”, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from HCBS Provider, Inc again, just sign up as you did the first time and HCBS Provider, Inc will start sending messages to you again. You are also asked to send an email to dina@hcbsprovider.com or sharon@hcbsprovider.com. If you opt out of text messaging, you will are required to check your email daily for updates from HCBS Provider.
